These headers are a direct bolt-on for the Toyota 86 / Subaru BRZ and contain a catalytic converter, which is substantially better than the illegal non-catted versions.
Along with an aggressive deep sound these headers can add 10-15HP on an otherwise standard Toyota 86 or Subaru BRZ.
